Return Eligibility

We accept returns on most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be in original condition with tags or packaging.

Certain items (such as intimate apparel) may be final sale for hygiene reasons.

How to Start a Return

Contact us through the form on our Contact page with your order number.

We will provide return instructions and a return shipping address.

Once we receive and inspect the item, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds & Processing Time

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

If the product arrives damaged or incorrect, we will cover return shipping costs.
